AUSTIN — Three critical bills on the Pro-Life Priority Agenda will be considered in committee in the Texas Senate Monday, March 15.
The Senate Committee on State Affairs will hear public testimony on:
- The Texas Abolition Strategy (SB 1647 by Senator Charles Perry),
- The Preborn NonDiscrimination Act (PreNDA) (SB 1173 by Senator Kelly Hancock), and
- The Texas Heartbeat Act (SB 8 by Senator Bryan Hughes).
