In an attempt to discredit the telling videos the Center for Medical Progress conducted of Planned Parenthood selling babies’ organs, foes accused the undercover journalists of using a fake ID instead of ream the abortion industry for trafficking body parts. However, David’s and Sandra’s First Amendment rights as citizen journalists lead their attorneys to argue that the charge is unfounded.
