Representative Flynn co-authored and supported the Woman’s Right to Know Act and the Prenatal Protection Act in 2003, earning him 116% Pro-Life voting record. In 2005, he helped pass a ban on third trimester abortions and opposed measures to destroy human embryos. Representative Flynn is always quick to co-sponsor bills and offer Pro-Life amendments.
