IMPORTANT information for you and your guests

It’s almost time to celebrate Life together!

Tomorrow, Pro-Life Texans will gather in downtown Dallas to celebrate a year of historic victories at Texas Right to Life’s 7th Annual North Texas Celebration of Life.

Please review the details below to make sure your evening is easy and fun! If you have generously sponsored a table, please also share this information with your guests.

Location

The North Texas Celebration of Life will be at the Hyatt Regency in Dallas: 300 Reunion Blvd. Dallas, TX 75207.

Parking

Valet parking will be available for $18. Event valet parking is on Hyatt Regency Hotel Drive. Self-parking for the event is available for $6 in the B-Lot or Radish Lot.

When You Arrive

The dinner will be in the Reunion Ballroom on the lobby level.

If you valet park or self-park in the Radish Lot, head left when you enter the hotel and you’ll be sure to find the ballroom.

If you are self-parking in the B-Lot, you can enter the back doors across the street from the lot and head up the escalators in the hotel. There will be signs to direct you in the hotel after that!

Checking In

Check in and general reception will begin at 6:00 p.m. The ballroom doors will open at 6:35 p.m., and the program will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m.

Every single guest will need to check in individually, volunteers will be present to assist with guest registration and seating. Please feel free to ask these registration hosts if you have any questions.

Please not: The Hyatt Regency is now a cashless hotel, so have your credit card on hand for the “cash” bar.
