Texas Right to Life is the largest and oldest Pro-Life organization in the Lone Star State and the fastest growing in our nation. We are looking for an optimistic, dynamic individual committed to holiness and excellence who will continue this growth and carry our message of Hope and Life to all corners of our state.
The day-to-day of the position will center on developing and implementing Texas Right to Life’s overall fundraising strategy, which includes leading the development department, empowering team members to take ownership of their roles, building and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and establishing new avenues of financial support.

- Maintain a flexible schedule with irregular work hours and a willingness to travel 25% of the time;
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution; and

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and increase the annual revenue of Texas Right to Life across multiple entities;
- Assist President in developing and achieving SMART goals as they pertain to his portfolio of major donors;
- Manage a portfolio of major donors and solicit major gifts;
- Develop new streams of potential donors;
- Facilitate development team members’ creation of position-specific SMART goals;
- Supervise direct mail, telemarketing, and digital fundraising campaigns; and
- Coordinate with other department directors to ensure consistency organization-wide.
