BREAKING: The Supreme Court of the United States struck down Texas’ abortion facility regulations. In a 5-3 decision, the Court sided with abortionists to subject pregnant mothers to substandard safety conditions.
Abortionists are no longer required to secure admitting privileges at a nearby hospital, nor meet the health standards of an ambulatory surgical center. If the law were to be upheld, all but 8 abortion mills would have closed in Texas. However, because the Court sided against the provisions, 18 abortion centers will continue operating with substandard conditions.
