Just yesterday, Louisiana passed a fantastic bill that was modeled on our Texas Pro-Life Omnibus Bill from last July. Their law should close all but two of the abortion clinics in Louisiana!
But there's a problem. A big problem.
You would think our biggest obstacle in the legislature would be the abortion extremists such as Wendy Davis, the Abortion Barbie.
That is simply not the case.
In Austin, reality is rarely what it appears to be at first glance.
Our biggest problem is the RINOs — Republicans In Name Only — who publicly pretend they're Pro-Life but do everything in their power behind closed doors to kill our legislation.
Right now, Bob Deuell, one of the most liberal Republicans of all Texas Senators by any metric, bullied radio stations to stop playing our ads that told the truth about his record.
The voters simply will not hear about his record because of his lies if we don't fight back.
It's legislators like Bob Deuell who have backed the Texas Death Panels that allow doctors to end the critical care of patients in hospitals, regardless of their ability to pay, simply because hospital administrators believe trying to save their lives is “futile” or that the condition of the patient is “no way to live.”
Imagine you or your spouse, mom or dad, or even your child or grandchild denied life-saving care because faceless hospital bureaucrats don't think their life is worth living.
If you think this is wrong, then I need you to be a part of this fight.
I need you to stand up to politicians like Bob Deuell who put politics and the heartless agenda of Big Medicine over people.
On Election Day Tuesday, we are extremely close to ending the bloody careers of RINOs who block every Pro-Life measure we support.
You've seen our work during the primary where we've already ended many anti-Life RINO’s political careers.
This happened because people like you have stepped-up and supported your Pro-Life Headquarters, Texas Right to Life, in this critical hour to elect true Pro-Lifers such as Ken Paxton, who is now pulling away from RINO extraordinaire Dan Branch.
We have so much work to do and have less than 96 hours to do it!
But these last few hours are the most important hours to influence voters.
Here's our plan:
I’ll be working all weekend waiting for your contribution to determine if we will be able to run radio ads, send teams to man the polls, release emails, and make one or two more rounds of informative robo-calls (that everyone hates but are actually extremely effective when they are received by our fellow Pro-Lifers).
This is our Get Out The Vote effort, but it is extremely expensive, and I need you on our side, right now.
Let me be frank: Our election account is dry, actually empty — if you want full disclosure.
Everything you send to us will be used to elect real Pro-Lifers who are running against entrenched politicians who lie about their Pro-Life commitment.
