Pro-Life Mom Sentenced to Three Years by Biden’s DOJ

The Biden/ Harris administration has put another Pro-Life Christian in prison for protesting outside of an abortion clinic.

Bevelyn Beatty Williams, a 33-year-old mom of a 2-year-old daughter, received a sentence of three years in federal prison.

“I was persecuted as a Christian standing for my beliefs when it comes to Life,” read a statement from Williams’ fundraising page. “This is devastating news. Not only is this bond extensive for the accused crime, but she made it very clear in the courtroom that she was going to make an example out of me.”

Williams told Dinesh D’Souza in an interview that, “You expect a judge to do what’s right… I was so hurt.”

Williams was charged with violating the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances (FACE) Act, which carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison. Williams faces an additional charge of violating the FACE Act through force, which carries up to 10 years.

U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York, Damian Williams, who condemned the young activist, said that Bevelyn Williams “repeatedly intimidated and interfered with individuals seeking and providing critical reproductive health services. She did so by physically blocking access to clinics, threatening staff, and by force.”

For the nearly three decades since the Freedom of Access to Clinic Entrances Act was enacted, it has rarely been used to prosecute Life advocates. Yet in 2022 alone, under the Biden/Garland Department of Justice, there have been at least 22 peaceful Pro-Life activists indicted under the act.

Bevelyn Beatty Williams is a Christian mom who Christ radically transformed after having two abortions. Later on, she felt led to begin a ministry to evangelize to women who were just like her.

Williams’ ministry, At the Well, provides spiritual formation for Christians and physical aid for the needy. Their mission statement is “to evangelize/minister wherever God leads to tell people about the love of Jesus Christ.” Some of their mandates include to “boldly and unapologetically preach the gospel on the streets and public square,” to “speak up, stand for Life and demand that abortion be abolished,” and to “demand righteousness & justice through cultural & spiritual agitation.”

“She told me before sentencing me that I was young and that I would not be defined by my sentence, before making a conscious decision to take me away from my two-year-old daughter for three years. I have 60 days to appeal my case and fight for my freedom…” Williams wrote on her fundraising site.
