That’s why we step in when lives are at risk—helping patients in hospitals and fighting for preborn children in court.

Save Hospital Patients
When hospitals try to take away life-sustaining treatment against a patient’s will, we help the family ask for more time and look for other places to care for the patient. When all the power is in the hospital’s hands, it helps to have a strong and passionate voice on the family’s side.
Block Tax Dollars From Funding Abortion Travel
San Antonio City Council dedicated $500,000 of taxpayer money to cover flights, hotels, and meals for women seeking abortions in other states. We filed a lawsuit to stop them.
Fight 14 Lawsuits to Defend the Heartbeat Act
Abortion advocates—including Planned Parenthood—sued Texas Right to Life 14 times, attempting to take down the Texas Heartbeat Act. We became the main defenders for preborn babies and for the state’s strongest Pro-Life law. Even Planned Parenthood’s lawyer said in court, “Texas Right to Life and John Seago are the biggest threats to Planned Parenthood.”
