Texas Right to Life mourns the loss of Pro-Life activist Kenneth Mitchell, who passed away on February 3, 2021. Kenneth was active in the Pro-Life movement from his home in East Texas. He served as the Texas Right to Life Henderson County Ambassador and advocated for the National Brotherhood of Pro-Life Men. Through this role, he worked to educate his community on all aspects of Life issues, including Pro-Life initiatives in his community and local churches, and encouraged his neighbors to get involved in the statewide effort to end abortion and save lives.
Kenneth’s last post on his Facebook page titled Kenneth Mitchell Ministries read, “You won’t always get life right. Know that it’s ok not to be ok. God’s grace is enough for you to make it through!”
We encourage all who loved and knew Kenneth to remember his own words of encouragement in such a difficult time as this. While we grieve with his wife, Mandy, and loved ones, we rejoice that Kenneth is now face-to-face with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
Kenneth wanted everyone to have hope and saving faith! We rejoice in the legacy Kenneth leaves behind of fierce love, compassion, and service to the Kingdom of God through his work to advance the Pro-Life cause. He was an inspiring man who will be greatly missed by Texas Right to Life.
