This week, he was a headline speaker at the March for Life in Washington, D.C., where he spoke clearly about the value of every human life. His personal witness in this cause makes it even more important for the Trump-Vance administration to do more to stop abortions.

At the March for Life last year, Vice President Vance put it simply: “We march to proclaim and live out the sacred truth that every single child is a miracle and a gift from God.”

With this pregnancy, Usha Vance becomes the first sitting Second Lady to give birth in more than 150 years. The last time that happened was back in 1870. It’s a rare moment, and it reminds us that even in the most demanding roles in our country, children are still a blessing worth celebrating.
Being Vice President and Second Lady comes with nonstop responsibilities, but that hasn’t stopped JD and Usha from celebrating the life of their preborn son. Their family shows that you can have a full, busy life and still welcome children with joy.
JD Vance has made his Pro-Life views clear throughout his time in office. Now, many are hoping to see those values backed up with stronger action. One important step would be enforcing the Comstock Act, a law that already exists and would stop abortion pills from being shipped across the country.
