Retirement Benefits

After 1 year of employment, our team members may open a SIMPLE IRA account. Texas Right to Life matches up to 3% of the employee’s annual salary. Employees may choose any provider that supports orphan plans.

Vacation and Paid Time Off

Vacation eligibility begins at 90 days of employment and accrues with each paycheck. Our schedule includes 9 paid holidays and 2 paid spiritual renewal days.

Health, Vision, and Dental Benefits

Choice between PPO or HMO plans through a major healthcare provider. Telemedicine plan offered for non-emergency consultations. All individual employee premiums for these programs are fully covered by Texas Right to Life. Insured with Principal and VSP.
