Joe Biden reacted with anger to today’s Supreme Court ruling overturning Roe v. Wade. Biden angrily stated that women will now be “forced to bear” what he called “a child.”
Basic biology and modern scientific research agree with Biden’s statement that “a child (is) the consequence.” Abortion is not merely the termination of a pregnancy but rather the destruction of a human child.
As of today, the Roe v. Wade decision denying states’ ability to protect preborn human children from the savagery of abortion is over. Pro-Life states like Texas are now free to protect ALL human children beginning at conception.
To Biden, the high court’s decision to allow states to protect preborn children is “a tragic error of the Supreme Court.” “It just stuns me,” Biden said, “Imagine having a young woman have to carry the child of incest, with no option.”
Biden’s choice of words makes the abortion question very plain. The “option” of abortion is nothing less than the killing of an innocent human child.
Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi reacted with similar indignation over the defense of preborn children. “Today, the Republican-controlled Supreme Court has achieved their dark, extreme goal of ripping away women’s right to make their own reproductive health decisions,” Pelosi stated.
Meanwhile in Texas, where a pre-Roe law protecting preborn Life immediately regained efficacy, Attorney General Ken Paxton responded, “Praise the Lord. Abortion is now illegal in Texas. And today I’m closing my office—and making it an annual holiday—as a memorial to the 70 million lives lost (because) of abortion.”
