Right now, Texas officials are making final decisions on how to spend your tax dollars—and preborn babies could be at risk.
Adoption agencies and pregnancy centers help women choose Life through the Thriving Texas Families program. Instead of abortion, they provide counseling, diapers and formula, adoption services, a place to stay, and more. But unless we speak up, state funding for Pro-Life nonprofits could come up short.
✅ The good news? The Texas House is proposing $210 million to fully fund this life-saving program for the next two years.
❌ The bad news? That funding is now at risk as lawmakers enter final negotiations in a behind-closed-doors “conference committee.”
We’ve seen this before—just two years ago, Pro-Life funding was slashed at this point.
Officials need to hear from YOU to fully fund Thriving Texas Families and help women choose LIFE.
Send a quick message to lawmakers—telling them to keep the Pro-Life program intact! (Don’t worry, we’ve written the email for you!)
If we want to save babies from illegal and out-of-state abortions, we must show moms that they’re not alone. They deserve real help, real hope, and real alternatives. Let’s ensure Texas keeps leading the way in compassion and life-saving support.
* Texas Right to Life receives NO Thriving Texas Families Funding, but advocates for this Pro-Life program to ensure pregnancy centers, maternity homes, and adoption agencies can serve women facing unplanned pregnancies across Texas.*

Subject: Please Keep Full funding for the Thriving Texas Families Program
I urge you to support the House’s proposed $210 million in funding for the Thriving Texas Families program (HHSC Strategy D.1.2).
The TTF program is vital to Texas women, children, and families. The full funding amount of $210 million will ensure that pregnancy centers, adoption agencies, and maternity homes across our state can continue to provide essential services, such as counseling, maternal and baby supplies, and job training.
These services are not luxuries. They are life-saving and life-changing. Without full funding, many women in difficult situations may be left without the resources they need to choose an alternative to abortion.
Please stand with Texas women and families by maintaining the House’s funding level for this program. Texas must continue to lead in offering compassionate, life-affirming support.
Thank you.
