According to a leaked draft of a majority opinion, the U.S. Supreme Court intends to reverse Roe v. Wade!
The opinion, written by Pro-Life Justice Samuel Alito, is a groundbreaking, bold, categorical rejection of Roe.
This would mean that the authority to protect preborn children at all stages would be returned to each state legislature. Texas is poised to immediately ban all abortions.
However, the decision is not final until the Supreme Court issues an official ruling.
