For 11 years, Dr. Seago led the research, writing, and lobbying for state Pro-Life and medical ethics policies in the Texas State Legislature. He graduated with a double major in Philosophy and Biblical Studies from Southeastern College Wake Forest, North Carolina. He studied philosophy at the University of Dallas and received a Master\u2019s in Bioethics from Trinity International University. He received his Doctorate in Bioethics and Health Policy from Loyola University Chicago. She received the American Board of Anesthesiology\u2019s certification in anesthesiology as well as the ABA\u2019s certificate of added qualification in pain management. She was a founding partner of the Pain Clinic of Northwestern Wisconsin and an instructor for the International Spinal Injection Society. After her husband was diagnosed with a brainstem tumor, she retired in 2007 to devote time to her family, homeschooling her two children through high school and caring for her husband.
